Fine-tune each menu item with individual manual dial controls that let you set heat per well for soups, sides, and proteins. A manifold drain streamlines end-of-shift cleanup, helping crews reset faster between meal periods.
Built for daily service, the enclosed base features a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel wrapper that stands up to busy corridors. The 60-inch station glides into place on 4-inch swivel casters—two braked—for quick repositioning on serving lines, catered events, or K-12 cafeterias.
