The Vollrath Affordable Portable™ T38728 hot food station brings mobile, reliable holding to busy serving lines. A buffet style breath guard elevates presentation while protecting dishes, and an enclosed base with a storage opening keeps utensils and pans within easy reach. Thermoset sealed wells eliminate spillage pans to simplify setup and minimize mess.
Each of the three 480 W wells includes its own manual dial control, allowing you to hold soups, sides, and proteins at precise serving temperatures. The integrated manifold drain accelerates changeovers and end-of-service cleanup. Use it to streamline cafeteria, catering, and concession workflows without tying up back-of-house space.
