Optimize your serving line with the Vollrath Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station Deluxe, engineered for dependable holding and presentation. Four thermoset sealed wells keep menu items at serving temperature without spillage pans, while the buffet-style breath guard with lights enhances visibility across the line.
Operators can fine-tune heat with individual manual dial controls for each well, ideal for soups, sides, vegetables, and proteins. A manifold drain simplifies end-of-service cleanup and shortens turnaround between meal periods.
Built for mobile workflows, the granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base rides on four swivel casters, two with brakes, and features an enclosed storage opening. The unit includes a cord with NEMA 14-30P plug, runs on 120/208-240v single-phase power, and is cULus and NSF listed; bulbs not included. Made in USA.
