The Vollrath T387322 Affordable Portable Hot Food Station Deluxe helps teams stage attractive, guest-facing lines while keeping menu items at serving temperature behind a buffet style breath guard. Four thermoset sealed wells hold foods without the hassle of spillage pans, making it a smart choice for steam table service and buffet presentation.
Boost workflow with individual manual dial controls on each well and an integrated manifold drain that accelerates end-of-day cleanup. An enclosed base with sliding doors provides convenient storage to keep utensils and backup product close to the action.
Built to move and endure, the granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear and wipes clean. Four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, allow quick repositioning for changing traffic patterns or floor plans. Electric operation at 208–240V, single-phase with a NEMA 6-20P plug supports common kitchen power, and the unit is cULus and NSF listed, Made in USA.
