Three thermoset sealed wells with individual manual dial controls deliver reliable holding power without spillage pans, cutting setup and cleanup time. A buffet style breath guard elevates presentation for self-serve or attended lines.
Built for mobility and durability, the cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base rolls on four 4" swivel casters, two braked, so you can reposition between prep areas, cafeterias, or catered events. The enclosed base keeps your station orderly, while the manifold drain speeds end-of-shift emptying.
Powered by 208–240V single-phase electric, this 3-well unit supports busy meal periods in schools, healthcare, and corporate dining. Use it to build a compact steam table line, expand an action station, or add a satellite hot entrée point during rushes.
