Adjust holding temperatures via individual manual dial controls and accelerate cleanup with the integrated manifold drain. The cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base resists wear and complements front-of-house setups in cafeterias, catering venues, and banquet operations.
Reconfigure layouts or roll into storage on four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes for secure placement. An enclosed base with a storage opening keeps utensils and pans close at hand, helping staff maintain pace during peak periods on 208–240V, single-phase power.
