Showcase food under the buffet-style breath guard while keeping tools and pans close at hand in the enclosed base with sliding doors. A built-in manifold drain speeds end-of-shift cleanup. Four 4" swivel casters, including two with brakes, let you reposition the station quickly and secure it during service.
The cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base pairs front-of-house appeal with durability. Plug into a 120V/60/1 circuit via the NEMA 5-15P to access 1,440 watts across three wells.
