This mobile, buffet-style unit pairs a breath guard with lights (bulbs not included) and three thermoset sealed wells that eliminate spillage pans for faster setup and cleanup.
Give each menu item the attention it needs using individual manual dial controls per well for precise holding. A built-in manifold drain streamlines water removal, while the enclosed base with sliding doors keeps utensils, pans, and supplies within easy reach.
Designed for front-of-house presentation and back-of-house durability, the cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad carbon steel base complements cafeterias, catering lines, and banquet service. Four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, allow quick repositioning. Single-phase 120/208–240V operation supports flexible installation across your facility.
