Streamline your serving line with the Vollrath T38935 Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station Deluxe. Three thermoset sealed wells keep entrées, sides, and sauces at the proper serving temperature without spillage pans, while the buffet style breath guard helps protect presentation. An enclosed, walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad base keeps supplies out of sight for a clean, guest-facing look.
Operators can fine-tune holding by using individual manual dial controls, delivering 480 watts per well across a standard 120v/60/1 connection. Four 4 inch swivel casters, two with brakes, let you reposition the station for banquets, cafeterias, and catered events with minimal effort. A built-in manifold drain speeds end-of-service water removal to simplify cleanup.
