Sealed thermoset wells eliminate spillage pans while a buffet-style breath guard with lights (bulbs not included) showcases entrees and sides. Ideal for cafeterias, catering, and banquet service where presentation and speed matter.
Individual manual dial controls let operators set each well independently at the proper holding temperature, with 480 watts of heating per well. A manifold drain accelerates water changeouts and end-of-shift cleanup, and the enclosed base keeps tools and backups out of sight yet close at hand.
