Each 12 x 20 thermoset sealed well features a 480-watt heating element and individual manual dial controls, so you can set different items with precision without spillage pans. A manifold drain simplifies end-of-service emptying to save labor and reduce downtime between dayparts.
The walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base presents a warm, front-of-house look and includes an enclosed storage opening for utensils or pans.
