The Vollrath Affordable Portable™ T38936464 hot food station streamlines high-volume service with three thermoset sealed wells, each operated by individual manual dial controls. A buffet-style breath guard with lights elevates presentation while protecting product; bulbs are not included. An enclosed base with a storage opening keeps frequently used items within reach.
Designed for busy lines, the walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base delivers durability with a warm, front-of-house look. A manifold drain speeds changeovers and end-of-day cleanup. The unit connects to 120/208–240V, single-phase power via a cord with NEMA 14-20P.
Ideal for cafeterias, buffets, and catered events, this mobile station helps crews maintain menu variety and smooth traffic flow. Operators can hold multiple dishes without spillage pans, saving labor and reducing mess. Four swivel casters, two with brakes, make positioning and service breaks quick and controlled.
