Three thermoset sealed wells hold entrées and sides at serving temperature without spillage pans, while the buffet-style breath guard presents food attractively and helps maintain hygiene.
Speed service with individual manual dial controls for each 480-watt well, letting you fine-tune heat per item. A manifold drain streamlines end-of-shift cleanup and changeovers on busy steam table lines.
Designed for daily duty, the walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad carbon steel base adds durability and a refined look, with enclosed storage behind sliding doors.
