Power your serving line with the Vollrath T3893746 Affordable Portable hot food station. Three thermoset sealed wells hold menu items safely and evenly without spillage pans, while the buffet-style breath guard with lights showcases food attractively (bulbs not included).
Set holding temperatures independently using individual manual dial controls for each 480-watt well, then speed cleanup with the integrated manifold drain. An enclosed storage base with sliding doors keeps utensils and backup pans organized and within reach.
Built for mobile service, the 46-inch unit glides on 4-inch swivel casters and locks securely during service. The walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel exterior suits front-of-house presentation, and the 120V, cULus-listed, NSF unit is made in the USA for demanding operations.
