Streamline serving lines with the Vollrath Affordable Portable T389452 hot food station. Four thermoset sealed wells accept standard 12" x 20" pans and eliminate spillage pans, reducing setup and cleanup time. A buffet-style breath guard helps showcase entrees and sides while protecting food during service.
Position this station exactly where you need it on its 4" swivel casters, then lock it in place for safe plating. Individual manual dial controls let you fine-tune each well for soups, vegetables, or proteins in cafeterias, catering operations, and banquet spaces. A manifold drain speeds end-of-day emptying to keep workflows efficient.
The walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base delivers durability with a refined presentation. Electric operation with a factory-installed NEMA 6-20P cord supports 208–240V, single-phase service, and cULus and NSF listings with Made in USA construction meet demanding spec standards.
