The Vollrath Affordable Portable Hot Food Station Deluxe delivers efficient, front-of-house holding and serving in a compact, 60-inch footprint. Its buffet-style breath guard with lights enhances visibility and presentation while protecting food; bulbs are not included. Four thermoset sealed wells give chefs dependable heat control for a polished guest experience.
Streamline workflow with individual manual dial controls for each well, allowing different menu items to be held at optimal temperatures without spillage pans. A built-in manifold drain speeds end-of-shift cleanup and helps maintain sanitation standards.
Keep utensils, pans, and supplies within reach inside the enclosed storage base with sliding doors. Move the station wherever service demands on four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, while the walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base stands up to daily service.
