This mobile, 46-inch station equips three independent wells under an NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard to keep entrées and sides attractively presented and ready to serve. Its enclosed base and compact footprint help operators make the most of tight serving lines.
Dial in holding temperatures with individual manual controls for each 480-watt thermoset sealed well—no spillage pans required—so you can stage different menu items without compromising quality. The manifold drain supports efficient cleanup between dayparts and menu changes.
Built for daily service, the black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base rides on four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, for secure positioning at buffets, cafés, and high-volume cafeterias. Certified cULus and NSF and made in the USA, this unit helps chefs and facility managers maintain consistent, efficient hot holding across the serving line.
