Keep hot entrées at peak serving temperature and presentation with the Vollrath T397082 Affordable Portable hot food station. Three 12" x 20" thermoset sealed wells let you hold standard pans without spillage pans, while the NSF/ANSI 2 cafeteria breath guard enables confident, guest-facing service. Roll it onto a line or into a pop-up servery to expand capacity fast.
Operators can adjust each well independently with simple dial controls, streamlining changeovers from soups to sides to proteins. A built-in manifold drain speeds end-of-service cleanup, and the storage opening keeps ladles, pans, and backups within reach. The black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base is built for daily use and easy care.
Designed for mobility, the unit glides on four 4-inch swivel casters, two with brakes for locked-in stability at the point of service. The 46-inch by 24-inch footprint with a 35-inch work surface integrates into existing lines without disruption. 208–240V, single-phase
