Operators can set each well independently with individual manual dial controls to keep mashed potatoes, vegetables, or sauces at optimal temperatures. A NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard boosts presentation and product protection, while the enclosed base keeps tools and supplies concealed to streamline your line.
Speed cleanup with the integrated manifold drain, then roll the station wherever service demands on 4" swivel casters, two with brakes for secure placement. Built with a black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base and powered by 208–240V single phase with a NEMA 6-20P plug, it’s a durable, mobile solution for K-12, healthcare, and banquet workflows.
