Streamline hot food service with the Vollrath T39728 Affordable Portable hot food station. Purpose-built for busy serving lines, this three-well unit holds menu favorites at serving temperature while showcasing them behind an NSF/ANSI 2 cafeteria breath guard. Roll it into buffets, cafeterias, or catered events to expand a steam table line without permanent installation.
Thermoset sealed wells eliminate spillage pans and speed up daily setup. Individual manual dial controls fine-tune each well independently, and a manifold drain accelerates end-of-shift cleanup. The enclosed base with a storage opening keeps utensils, lids, and backups close at hand to improve workflow.
A granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base delivers durability for demanding operations. Four 4" swivel casters, two with brakes, make positioning safe and effortless. Plug into a standard 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase circuit at 12 amps with the included NEMA 5-15P cord, and count on Made in USA const
