Mobilize efficient, high-volume service with the Vollrath Affordable Portable™ T397292 hot food station. This three-well unit maintains appetizing presentation while the NSF 2 certified cafeteria breath guard protects food on the line. A 46" x 24" footprint and 35" working height help it fit seamlessly into serving lanes, kiosks, or temporary setups.
Thermoset sealed wells eliminate spillage pans to speed setup and cleanup, and a manifold drain streamlines end-of-day emptying. Individual controls for each well let operators match heat to soups, sides, or entrées. The granite vinyl-clad, carbon steel base withstands daily use and wipes clean between services.
Improve workflow with enclosed storage behind sliding doors for utensils, pans, and backup product. Roll the station into place on 4" swivel casters, then secure two braked casters to stabilize the unit during service. Powered by 208-240v/60/1-ph with a factory-attached cord and NEM
