Four thermoset sealed wells accept 12" x 20" pans without spillage pans, helping crews reset quickly between rushes. The NSF/ANSI 2 certified cafeteria breath guard protects food while keeping presentation clear and inviting.
Stage diverse menus with independent manual dial controls on each well to hold soups, proteins, and vegetables at appropriate temperatures. A manifold drain expedites end-of-shift water removal, and the enclosed base with sliding doors keeps utensils and backups organized and within reach to improve workflow.
Built on a granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base, this mobile station rolls on 4" swivel casters, two with brakes for stable positioning. Its 60" W x 24" D footprint and 35" working height suit common serving lines, while the 208–240V, single-phase connection with NEMA 6-20P integrates smoothly into commercial kitchens.
