Dial in temperatures independently with individual manual controls for each 480-watt well, keeping soups, entrées, and sides at optimal serving conditions. An NSF 2 certified cafeteria breath guard enhances product visibility while providing a sanitary barrier for front-of-house lines.
Reposition the station quickly on 4-inch swivel casters, then lock it in place with two brakes during service. A built-in manifold drain simplifies end-of-shift water removal, helping crews reset fast for the next meal period.
