Mobilize hot food service with the Vollrath Affordable Portable™ T397682. Three 12" x 20" thermoset sealed wells, each with its own manual dial control, hold entrées and sides at serving temperature without spillage pans. An NSF 2 cafeteria breath guard helps protect food while enhancing front-of-house presentation.
Streamline workflow by rolling the station into place on 4" swivel casters and staging utensils or backup pans in the enclosed base with storage opening. The integrated manifold drain accelerates end-of-service cleanup. A cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel wrapper blends with décor and stands up to daily use.
Ideal for K-12 cafeterias, healthcare, corporate dining, and catered events, this compact hot food station fits a 46" W x 24" D footprint with a 35" work surface height and 57" overall height including the guard. Plug into a 208–240V, single-phase outlet via the factory NEMA 6-15P cord to get serving fast.
