Each thermoset sealed 12" x 20" well operates independently via manual dial controls, letting you hold entrées, sides, soups, and sauces at their ideal temperatures without spillage pans. A built-in manifold drain speeds end-of-service emptying and cleanup. The enclosed 20-gauge carbon steel base helps protect internal components for reliable daily performance.
