Three thermoset sealed wells eliminate spillage pans and speed cleanup, while individual manual dial controls let you set each well independently. With 480-watt elements per well, you can hold soups, sides, and entrees with consistent results across changing menus.
Streamline close-down with the integrated manifold drain that empties wells quickly. An NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard helps protect food on self-serve or staff-served lines in K-12, healthcare, and corporate dining. The walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad carbon steel enclosed base keeps the unit looking professional front-of-house.
