This 60"W x 24"D x 35"H unit equips serving lines with a NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard for guest protection. Plug into 120V and deploy four dry, thermoset sealed wells to streamline setup and cleanup.
Dial in heat with individual manual controls for each 480-watt well, ideal for holding entrées, sides, and sauces at the point of service. A manifold drain accelerates end-of-shift emptying and sanitation. The enclosed walnut woodgrain vinyl‑clad 20‑gauge carbon steel base maintains a clean, cohesive presentation.
