Independently adjust holding temperatures with individual manual dial controls for each thermoset sealed well, eliminating spillage pans and simplifying setup. A built-in manifold drain expedites end-of-shift cleanup, and 4-inch swivel casters (two braked) let you position the unit exactly where you need it.
The walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel base delivers durable, professional appeal, and the enclosed base with a storage opening keeps utensils and pans close at hand.
