The Vollrath 7217210 is an 11 qt (10.4 L) retro stock pot kettle rethermalizer engineered to reheat and hold soups, sauces, chili, and gravies with dependable consistency. A direct-contact ceramic base heating element delivers efficient heat transfer for fast warm-up and steady holding during peak service.
Front-access dial controls with a power indicator light make operation intuitive for busy kitchens and serving lines. The low-profile inset and hinged cover support quick ladling and clean presentation, while two handles and non-skid feet help ensure safe, stable placement.
This unit includes an inset, hinged cover (cover not NSF), and soup cards with a card holder to clearly label menu items; ladles are not included. Powered by a standard 120V connection at 1450W and 12A with a NEMA 5-15P plug, it’s cULus and NSF listed and made in the USA for professional foodservice environments.
