Streamline hot-holding and service with the Vollrath 7217710 retro stock pot kettle rethermalizer. Its direct-contact heating and ceramic base efficiently rethermalize chilled product and hold it at serving temperature with precise capillary thermostat control.
Front-access controls and a clear power indicator simplify at-a-glance monitoring on busy serving lines. A low-profile inset with a hinged cover supports clean ladling and polished presentation in cafés, cafeterias, and catered stations.
Built for daily use, the natural-finish aluminum exterior, two sturdy handles, and non-skid feet enhance stability and mobility. This electric food pan warmer / rethermalizer includes soup cards with a holder to help staff and guests quickly identify menu offerings, and the NEMA 5-15P cord connects to standard 120V outlets for flexible placement.
