Elevate soup, sauce, and chili service with the Vollrath 7217750 retro stock pot kettle rethermalizer. Its direct-contact ceramic base drives fast, even heat transfer to retherm and hold product at safe serving temperatures through peak periods.
Operators can fine-tune temps with a front-access dial and verify status at a glance via the power indicator. A low-profile inset and hinged cover support clean ladling and tight counter layouts while helping reduce heat loss between uses.
Built for busy cafeterias, cafes, and concession stands, the aluminum exterior with a pearl white powder-coat wipes down quickly and resists wear. Non-skid feet and twin side handles stabilize the unit during refills, and included soup cards with holder simplify product identification for staff and guests.
