Energize your hot-holding program with the Vollrath 7217755 retro stock pot kettle rethermalizer. Its direct-contact ceramic base heating system reliably brings prepped soups, sauces, and chili back to serving temperature and holds them for service. A front-access dial and power indicator light simplify operation and line checks.
A low-profile inset and hinged cover streamline ladling and help contain splashes; note the cover is not NSF. Two handles and non-skid feet keep the unit steady and easy to reposition on busy countertops. The aluminum exterior with fire engine red powder coat finish enhances presentation at serving lines and self-serve stations.
This countertop food pan warmer / rethermalizer runs on 120V power with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug for quick setup. It includes soup cards and a card holder for clear product identification (ladles not included). Made in the USA and listed cULus and NSF for commercial kitchens.
