Protect plated and pan-held menu items while preserving clear sightlines with the Vollrath CB98662 contemporary breath guard. Its single-sided buffet design integrates a convenient top shelf to streamline self-service and attendant-led stations.
Built for daily service, it features 3/8 inch tempered glass with polished ends supported by a 1 inch stainless steel tubular frame. The unit mounts to stainless steel solid surface or laminate countertops and is engineered for Vollrath (2) well Signature Server systems with laminate or Corian® countertops as well as (2) well drop-in units. This configuration helps staff load, replenish, and monitor wells efficiently.
Use the top shelf to stage signage, menu labels, or light service items for a clean presentation in cafeterias, corporate dining, and catering lines. Made in the USA with a 1-year warranty, with custom sizes available to fit your serving line layout.
