Its 3/8" tempered glass with polished ends showcases food while shielding it from contamination, and the 1" stainless steel tubular construction adds long-lasting rigidity.
Designed for use with Vollrath (2) well Signature Server units with laminate or Corian® countertops and (2) well drop-in units, it mounts securely to stainless steel solid surface or laminate countertops. Deploy it on cafeteria lines, hotel buffets, or campus dining to encourage efficient flow and clear visibility from both sides.
