Product Description
Power through peak service with the Vollrath CBGHD-36 heavy-duty gas countertop charbroiler. It delivers 120,000 BTU across six burners placed every 6 inches to create consistent heat zones for steaks, burgers, skewers, and vegetables. At 36 inches wide, it fits busy cooklines without sacrificing grilling capacity.
Choose radiant or lava rock setup (lava kit sold separately) to match your production style. Reversible grill plates offer two usable cooking surfaces. Manual metal control knobs and an adjustable flame setting give chefs precise control during the rush.
Welded stainless steel construction, a 4-3/8-inch backsplash, tapered side splashes, and a drip tray help contain splatter and speed cleanup. It ships for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for flexible installation.
