Product Description
Engineered for high-volume grilling, the Vollrath CBGHD-48 gas countertop charbroiler drives throughput with 160,000 BTU across eight burners set every 6 inches. Create precise heat zones for steaks, burgers, chicken, and vegetables, then flip the reversible grill plates to fine-tune sear presentation and cleanup. Choose radiant or lava rock (lava kit sold separately) to match flavor goals and recovery needs.
Manual metal control knobs and adjustable flame put responsive control at your fingertips during service. A 4-3/8-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes help contain grease and flare-ups, protecting adjacent stations.
Welded stainless steel construction, 4-inch legs, and two drip trays support fast service and streamlined end-of-shift cleaning. The unit ships for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, making it a practical choice for restaurants, caterers, and institutional kitchens.
