Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the Vollrath CBGHD-60 countertop gas charbroiler drives throughput with a 60-inch cooking width, ten burners on 6-inch centers, and a combined 200,000 BTU. Chefs can sear steaks, burgers, and skewers quickly while keeping plates moving during peak service.
Optimize your line by switching between radiant or lava rock configurations to match menu and flavor goals (lava kit sold separately). Reversible grill plates and an adjustable flame setting, managed by durable manual metal knobs, let operators establish practical heat zones for delicate vegetables and bold, high-heat searing alike.
A welded stainless steel body, 4-3/8-inch backsplash, tapered side splashes, and two drip trays help control grease and speed cleanup. Four-inch legs promote airflow and easy floor care, while cETLus and ETL Sanitation listings support code compliance. Ships natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for flexible installation.
