Product Description
Tackle high-volume grilling with the Vollrath CBGHD-72 heavy-duty gas countertop charbroiler. Twelve burners spaced every 6 inches and a total of 240,000 BTU deliver fast recovery and even heat across a 72-inch cooking platform.
Optimize your workflow by selecting a radiant or lava rock setup to match menu goals (lava kit sold separately). Reversible grill plates and manual metal control knobs help you create controllable zones for steaks, burgers, and vegetables.
Built for the line, the welded stainless steel body, 4-3/8-inch backsplash, and tapered side splashes help contain grease and splatter. Dual drip trays simplify end-of-shift cleanup, while 4-inch legs raise the unit for clearance and sanitation. Adjustable flame settings support precise searing or gentle finishing.
Ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for flexible installation.
