Dial in heat with manual metal control knobs and an adjustable flame setting to match different proteins or hold zones. Reversible grill plates and a choice of radiant or lava rock configuration (lava kit sold separately) let you tailor performance to menu and cleaning routines.
Streamline workflow with (2) burners placed every 6 inches, a 3-inch backsplash with tapered side splashes to help contain splatter, and an included drip tray for quick cleanup. Durable stainless construction and 4-inch legs support daily service on the cookline, and the unit ships natural gas with an LP conversion kit for flexible installation.
