Boost line efficiency with the Vollrath CBGMD-60 60-inch gas countertop charbroiler. Four burners placed every 6 inches deliver 160,000 BTU to heat across a broad grilling surface. Manual metal control knobs and adjustable flame settings let chefs dial in temperatures for steaks, skewers, or vegetables.
Configure the unit for radiant or lava rock grilling to match menu and throughput; the lava kit is sold separately. Reversible grill plates expand versatility, letting you choose distinctive grill marks or a flatter sear as needed. A 3-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes help contain splatter on crowded lines.
Stainless construction and 4-inch legs stand up to daily use while simplifying cleaning and positioning. Two integrated drip trays streamline grease management during peak service. Shipped for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included, this charbroiler suits busy grill stations in restaurants, campus dining, and healthcare operations.
