Lift-up elements and a lift-out stainless steel pot with drain accelerate oil changes and end-of-day cleanup, while non-skid feet stabilize the unit on busy prep tables.
A stainless steel exterior withstands daily use, and two 2700–3600-watt heating zones on 208–240V/60/1-phase provide dependable performance in compact spaces. Ideal for bars, concessions, and satellite stations that need to batch sides or à la minute appetizers. Includes four small baskets and a cord with NEMA 6-15p; night covers are sold separately.
