The Vollrath CM2-12026 countertop cheesemelter brings radiant finishing to the pass. Quartz heaters evenly brown nachos, gratins, and open-face sandwiches without overcooking the center. A 20-1/4" product opening and an adjustable shelf with five positions accommodate plates, sheet pans, and au gratin dishes.
Set the 15-minute timer to stage orders and maintain flow during peak service, then toggle standby mode between rushes. The 26-1/4"W x 12-1/8"D x 11-3/8"H footprint integrates on prep or expo counters.
Stainless steel construction supports frequent cleaning and daily use in high-volume operations. It runs on 120v/60/1-ph, 1.65 kW, 13.8 amps and plugs into a NEMA 5-15 receptacle; NSF and cULus listed, Made in USA.
