This 1-well, top-mount unit integrates cleanly into counters and lines to preserve product quality during peak periods. Its fabricated, flanged well and included under-drip-edge gasket help control condensation and maintain a tidy presentation.
Load standard hotel pans up to 6 inches deep, then set your station for salads, toppings, or grab-and-go applications. A 1-inch integral drain streamlines cleanup and changeovers between menus. Optional 300-series stainless steel false bottoms support shallow displays.
The 20-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing stands up to daily use, while a 1/4 HP system with R290 refrigerant runs on 120V power with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Use it to hold chilled items on cafeteria lines, salad bars, or catering suites. Made in the USA.
