Product Description
Deploy the Vollrath FC-4CP-02120-N drop-in refrigerated cold pan to hold ingredients at safe serving temperatures during peak service. This 2-well, top-mount, flanged, fabricated cold food well integrates cleanly into counters, and the included under-drip-edge gasket helps contain condensation. R290 refrigeration with a 1/4 HP system provides cold holding and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P receptacle.
Accommodate standard pans up to 6" deep to stage salads, toppings, and proteins for make lines, cafeterias, or self-serve stations. A remote on/off switch with a 4 ft cord simplifies daily startup and shutdown without reaching beneath the counter. The 1" integral drain speeds cleanup between dayparts.
Built with a 20-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing, the FC-4CP-02120-N suits busy kitchens and operations. NSF 7 and cULus compliance supports code requirements. Made in USA. Optional 300-series stainless steel false bottoms are available.
