This drop-in cold food well features a 3-well, top-mount flanged design that integrates cleanly into counters and serving lines. A fabricated well and integral 1-inch drain help streamline cleanup and daily maintenance.
Enhance workflow with a remote on/off switch on a 4 ft cord, allowing quick access without reaching under cabinetry. R290 refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system cool standard pans up to 6 inches deep for efficient station setups. An under-drip-edge gasket supports a neat, professional presentation during peak periods.
Built for the demands of commercial service, the 20-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing offers durable performance. Optional 300-series stainless steel false bottoms help set ideal product heights for salad bars, cafeterias, and grab-and-go stations.
