The Vollrath FC-4CP-05120-R is a drop-in refrigerated cold pan engineered to streamline high-volume service. Its five-well, top-mount, flanged design integrates cleanly into counters for efficient, high-visibility presentation on the serving line.
Stock and rotate standard pans up to 6 inches deep to support salad bars, deli stations, and self-serve applications. A remote on/off switch with a 4 ft (1.2 m) cord helps crews start service quickly and manage workflow without reaching into cabinetry.
Built for daily operation, the unit features an integral 1 in. (2.5 cm) drain for fast cleanup and a 20-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing for durability. R290 refrigeration with a 1/3 HP compressor provides reliable chilled holding, while the under-drip-edge gasket helps contain condensation for a cleaner counter.
