R290 refrigeration paired with a 1/3 HP system delivers efficient holding with a simple remote on/off switch. The 1-inch integral drain speeds end-of-shift changeovers and sanitation.
Built for daily use, the 20-gauge galvanized exterior resists wear in high-volume operations. Operators appreciate the included under-drip-edge gasket for moisture control and neat edges. Plug into a 120v/60Hz circuit with a NEMA 5-15P for quick startup.
