Elevate cold holding with the Vollrath FC-4CSP-03120-N, a refrigerated, drop-in cold food well designed for top-mount installations. The short-side, 3-well configuration optimizes counter space while showcasing chilled ingredients for salad bars, deli lines, and self-serve stations.
Streamline service using the remote on/off switch with a 4 ft cord, and speed cleanup with the built-in 1" integral drain. Accommodate standard pans up to 6" deep to support a wide range of menus, from toppings and proteins to prepared salads.
Built for daily operation, this flanged, fabricated well features a 20-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing and an under-drip-edge gasket to help contain moisture. R290 refrigeration and a 1/5 HP system deliver reliable cold performance, backed by NSF and cULus compliance and Made in USA quality.
