Its top-mount, flanged construction integrates cleanly into countertops to present salads, toppings, and mise en place with a tidy, guest-facing layout. Stage more ingredients with standard pans up to 6" deep while the R290, 1/5 HP refrigeration supports chilled holding. A 1" integral drain speeds ice and melt-water removal between dayparts, and the 20-gauge galvanized exterior handles daily demands. The under-drip-edge gasket and remote on/off switch with 4 ft cord aid quick changeovers and easy access.
