Streamline service with the Vollrath FC-4HS-30120-BKR recessed heated shelf. This 32" wide, drop-in unit is built for countertops up to 2" thick and features an 11/16" deep recessed surface to present pans neatly. Two independent warming zones and nine heat settings are managed by a digital thermostatic control for precise, repeatable results. The recessed design integrates with existing surfaces to support efficient workflows at the pass or on the line. Dual zones make it easy to hold different items at separate settings. The black aluminum hardcoat finish supports a clean, professional presentation. Electrical requirements are 120v/60/1-ph, 386 watts, and 3.2 amps.
